In admission process, students goes through the steps of Student Admission Test (1st of May each year) and Interview in order to be accepted into Ronaki Hawler Schools. Parents are also being informed about the school’s philosophy and curriculum during the process.
Candidate students fill the application forms which are available at School Administration Completed Application Form, with the student’s photo and other documents specified by the school should be returned to the Admissions Office.

Applications are reviewed by the School Admission Committee. The students whose applications correspond with the schools admissions criteria (Age, Behavior, Maturity, Perceptivity, Language Proficiency and Student Records from Previous School) are invited to School for the interview. After the interview, school administration announces the eligible students and notifies the families.
Eligible students should start the Enrollment Process within a week. The Process for the students who doesn’t pay the Enrollment Fee within a week is being revoked/canceled.
All other fees should be paid by the dates notified by the school otherwise your child’s place may be withdrawn and given to another applicant.
This checklist will assist you in completing the application process in a timely manner. The enrollment fee and other fees are to be paid in accordance with the stated times throughout the application process. If you are making an application during the term, all fees have to be paid before the student can join RONAKI HAWLER EDUCATION COMPANY
- Official copies of academic records from the previous school.

- A photocopy of the student’s birth certificate for verification of birth date.

- A guarantee letter from your company if it is paying the school fees and tuition.
- Waiting Lists
First come first served policy is applied in admission process. When there are more applicants than places available, the waiting list will be maintained according to the oversubscription without regard to the date the application was received or when a child’s name was added to the waiting list. Then when the registration finalized if there are still available seats the parents will be invited for admission.
Mid-Term Admissions for Years 7 to 11
Applications for admission to Year 7 after 1st September 2016 and for admission into Years 8 to 11 in 2016/2017, must be made to school via application form. If you wish to apply for a place at Ronaki Hawler School, a candidate must meet the necessary level of English requirement. A candidate may show whether a result of international exam or can take an exam at school. A candidates who take the necessary score will have an interview with admission committee and eligible candidates will have right to register to school.
First installment: 50% on day of registration and each year in April for re-enrollment
Second installment: 50% until the September 1
Tuition fees do not cover the cost of uniforms.
Book costs are not included in the tuition fees.
Bus service is optional and bus fees must be paid monthly basis. There is no “one-way” payment option for transportation.
Payment contracts are for one academic year and are due for renewal each year in April. The school cannot guarantee the student’s place if there is a delay in the re-enrollment payment.
Siblings: During the early enrollment; only for the students who register to grade 1; the 5% discount on tuition fees will be granted for each child when more than one child from the same family is enrolled at RONAKI HAWLER Schools.
Enrollment renewals / terminating procedures
An enrollment renewal form will generally be sent home at the end of final term whereby parents are requested to indicate whether their child will be attending the school in the following year. Parents should read the conditions carefully before signing the enrollment renewal form. A parent, who signs the form, has agreed to all school rules and conditions set by the School Administration and will be bound to it.
To finalize the enrollments for the following year, parents should return the form to the school by the set date. If the school does not receive the enrollment renewal form by the deadline, then the student will not be considered enrolled for the following year. Therefore students who are on the waiting list will have first preference.
Please note that, promotion to an upper year level is based on academic performance. Therefore enrollment renewal does not guarantee this promotion.
A parent who intends to terminate his/her child’s enrollment with the school, (other than a student who graduates from the school) needs to complete a Student Exit Form. The form, which requires the signature of the parent/guardian of the student, needs to be delivered to the Principal who will indicate any further formalities which need to be completed. Once a student has terminated his or her enrollment, that student’s place will be taken by a new applicant. If the student wants to return to RONAKI HAWLER SCHOOLS, he/she will be treated as a new applicant. If a student is removed before the 1st September, the school is entitled to retain or be paid that term’s fees.
